Customer collection/exchange

By using our extensive courier network w can arrange a customer collect/exchange service. We can undertake basic checks at the point of collection before accepting goods. We can also undertake basic installations for deliveries. 

Technical Courier

A fully briefed courier will remove and/or install equipment at a client's premises. We have been asked to :

• replace faulty credit card machines
• update software on credit card machines
• replace faulty monitors
• exchange machine parts

Storage

Our 5000sqf office and warehouse complex in Vauxhall, London enables us to offer a centrally located storage facility for our clients. Available for short or long term use,and 24/7 access means we can offer a truly flexible service. You benefit from being able to move storage from expensive offices but still having quick and easy access to them. We have clients who use our facilities to store:

• stationery
• exhibition stands
• spare parts
• marketing material

In fact anything you need to keep, but dont need to keep in an expensive offices

Distribition/fulfillment

We offer a fully managed fulfillment service.We can feed into your own distribution network or into our own courier network.

Flexible systems means we accept a wide range of methods for despatch - you continue to use your exisiting system.
